Ingredient

Rose soap, softly floral and never perfumed.

Rose in soap should smell like the flower, not a fragrance counter. Ours comes from rose water, rose clay and real rose essential oil.

About this collection

Why we make rose soap.

Rose water has been used on skin for centuries as a mild, comforting toner — it's gentle, faintly astringent, and pleasant on skin that flushes easily. Rose clay (a naturally tinted kaolin) adds a soft pink colour and a silky slip to the lather without any added pigment.

Our rose bars are formulated for everyday use on hands, face and body. They lather softly, rinse clean, and leave a light floral trace rather than a heavy scent — which is why they suit people who normally find floral soaps overwhelming.

Every bar is cold-processed in small batches and cured 6 to 8 weeks. The full ingredient list is published on each product page, so you can check exactly what the rose in your bar is coming from.

What is rose clay?
A naturally tinted kaolin clay. It gives the bar its soft pink colour and a silky slip in the lather — no added pigment.
