Question 1

How long does a bar last?

Accepted Answer

With normal daily use, a GHAM Naturals bar typically lasts about a month. To get the most out of every bar, store it on a draining dish between uses so it can dry fully — bars that stay wet wear down much faster.

Question 2

What is the shelf life?

Accepted Answer

Stored in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight, our bars have a minimum shelf life of one year. Because we use quality oils and butters, many customers find their bars remain in excellent condition well beyond that timeframe.

Question 3

How long are your bars cured?

Accepted Answer

Every bar is cold-processed and cured for 6 to 8 weeks before it ships. The slow cure produces a harder, milder, longer-lasting bar that's gentler on the skin.

Question 4

Are your soaps good for sensitive skin?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We formulate bars suited to a range of skin types, including sensitive skin. If you're unsure where to start, our gentler oat- and milk-based bars are a great fit for reactive or easily irritated skin.

Question 5

Do you offer vegan options?

Accepted Answer

Yes. While many of our recipes include grass-fed tallow, we offer fully tallow-free bars — including our Charcoal Face + Body Bar, Rose Quartz Hand Bar, and Coco Olive Hand Bar, among others. Each product page lists its ingredients in full.

Question 6

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Accepted Answer

We'll make it right. Email info@ghamnaturals.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a couple of photos, and we'll sort out a replacement. Full order terms are on our Shipping & Policy page.

Question 7

How much is U.S. shipping?

Accepted Answer

U.S. flat-rate shipping is $4.99. Shipping is free when your order reaches $30.

Question 8

How do bundles work?

Accepted Answer

Choose any five bars on our Bundles page and save 15% — a 5-bar bundle also clears our $30 free U.S. shipping threshold, so it ships free.
