Privacy Policy

When you shop or contact us we may collect:

• Contact details — name, email, shipping and billing address, phone number.
• Order information — products purchased, order totals, transaction IDs.
• Payment information — processed directly by Shopify and the payment processors they support (Shop Pay, Apple Pay, credit card networks). We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
• Usage data — pages viewed, device, browser, and approximate location from your IP address.
• Communications — messages you send us by email or through forms on the site.
• Reviews — your name, email, review text and rating; a salted hash of your IP address to prevent duplicate submissions and abuse. We no longer collect your browser user-agent with reviews. If a review is published, your name (first name and last initial), rating, review text and any photo are shown publicly; your email is never shown. We may match the email you use for a review to our order records to mark it as a verified buyer; we don't share order details.
• Giveaways — entry information, a hashed IP address for abuse prevention, and landing referrer, UTM campaign fields and discovery source to attribute entries.

• Process and fulfill your orders, including shipping and customer service.
• Send order confirmations, shipping notifications, and respond to inquiries.
• If you opt in: send marketing emails about new products and offers. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• Improve the site, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations.

We share data only with providers who help us run the store:

• Shopify — our ecommerce platform and checkout.
• Shipping carriers — to deliver your order.
• Email platform — to send order updates and (if opted in) marketing.
• Meta Platforms — advertising measurement through the Meta Pixel and the Meta Conversions API. The Meta Pixel loads by default unless you opt out.
• OpenAI — advertising measurement for ads shown in ChatGPT, through the OpenAI Measurement Pixel (pages and products viewed, bag additions, checkouts started). It runs by default unless you opt out.
• Supabase / Lovable Cloud — site hosting and database, account sign-in, product reviews, and giveaway entries.
• Google — optional "Continue with Google" sign-in, if you choose to use it.

We do not sell your personal information.

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep your cart working, remember preferences, and measure traffic. We use the Meta Pixel and similar ad pixels (such as the OpenAI Measurement Pixel) to measure our ads. You can opt out at any time with "Your privacy choices" in the footer, or by turning on Global Privacy Control in your browser, which we honor automatically. Visitors in the EU/EEA, UK and Switzerland are not tracked by these pixels. See our Cookie Policy for details.

Depending on where you live (e.g. EU/UK, California), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your data, and to opt out of certain processing. To make a request, email info@ghamnaturals.com.

Requests to access or delete your data can be made by emailing info@ghamnaturals.com. Signed-in customers can also delete their account themselves from the Account page. We respond to requests within 45 days.

We do not sell your personal information. However, sharing information with Meta and OpenAI for advertising measurement through their pixels may count as "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law. You can opt out at any time with "Your privacy choices" in the footer, by enabling Global Privacy Control in your browser, or by emailing info@ghamnaturals.com.

We keep order records for as long as needed to fulfill orders, support you, and comply with tax and accounting laws. Marketing data is retained until you unsubscribe. Review text remains while published unless you request its deletion; hashed review IP data is purged after 90 days. Giveaway entries are anonymized 12 months after the giveaway closes (draw and referral references remain). Restock requests older than 12 months are deleted. Contact us to request deletion sooner.

Our store is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above will always reflect the current version.
