Official Rules — GHAM Naturals Handmade Soap Giveaway

This giveaway (the “Promotion”) is sponsored by [SPONSOR LEGAL NAME], [SPONSOR MAILING ADDRESS] (“Sponsor”). The Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Google, or any other platform.

The Promotion begins [END DATE AND TIME] and ends [END DATE AND TIME] (America/Los Angeles). Entries submitted outside the entry period are not eligible. Sponsor's clock is the official timekeeper.

Open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor and their immediate family or household members are not eligible.

One (1) winner will receive ten (10) or more GHAM Naturals Signature Soap Bars and two (2) GHAM Naturals shirts in the sizes selected on the entry form. The exact soap assortment is selected by Sponsor. Shirt sizes are subject to availability and Sponsor may substitute the nearest available size. The prize is non-transferable and no cash or other substitution is permitted, except at Sponsor's discretion for a prize of equal or greater value. All taxes and any expense not expressly stated are the winner's responsibility.

The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries after the entry period ends. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. The winner will be announced in an official GHAM Naturals social media post, and Sponsor may also contact the winner at the email address or Instagram account used to enter. If the winner does not respond within seven (7) days of announcement or notification, is ineligible, or the notification is returned undeliverable, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected at random from the remaining eligible entries.

Information submitted with an entry is collected by Sponsor and used to administer the Promotion, verify eligibility and contact the winner, as described in our Privacy Notice. Entry data is retained for 90 days after the Promotion ends and is then deleted or anonymised, except where you separately opted in to marketing email or where retention is legally required. You may request deletion of your entry data at any time by contacting us.

By entering, you agree to these Official Rules and to Sponsor's decisions, which are final and binding. Sponsor may disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, violates these rules, or acts in a disruptive or unsportsmanlike manner. If the Promotion cannot run as planned for reasons including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, or technical failure, Sponsor may cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and select the winner from eligible entries received before the action taken.

For the name of the winner (first name and last initial only), send a request by email to Sponsor within thirty (30) days after the drawing using the address on our contact page.
