Everything you need to know about how we process, package, and ship your GHAM Naturals order — plus our return policy.
Order processing
Orders are handcrafted and packed in small batches. Most orders ship within 3–10 business days of being placed. You'll receive a tracking email as soon as your order leaves our studio.
Shipping & delivery
- We ship via USPS and UPS depending on destination and weight.
- Standard delivery typically arrives within 3–7 business days after shipping.
- You'll receive tracking information by email once your order is on the way.
- We are not responsible for carrier delays once a package leaves our hands.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged in transit or is incorrect, please email info@ghamnaturals.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We'll make it right.
Returns, exchanges & refunds
Due to the personal-care and hygiene nature of our handmade products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds once an order has shipped, except in the case of damaged or incorrect orders as described above.
Lost packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you can't locate the package, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first. If it still doesn't turn up, contact us and we'll help you file a claim with the carrier.
